Brand requirments and restrictions

In general we have a relaxed approach to the use of Global Entrepreneurship Week but there are a few conditions, mostly around notifying us of your event and your proper use of the Global Entrepreneurship Week brand and name, requierments differ for three types of events:

Type 1. An existing event:

  • You can not: display the name Global Entrepreneurship Week or any logo in your event’s main brand, name, or sponsorship approaches for your event e.g. you cannot say “brought to you by Global Entrepreneurship Week”, but can display it in any “acknowledgements” area.
  • You can: display the GEW logo at the event (see ‘resources’ for downloadable printable high-res banner below) and display the GEW web badge on your website (see ‘resources’).
  • You must: submit your event online (see below).

Type 2. A featured Global Entrepreneruship Week event

What is it: a featured event is promoted nationally and internationally through media networks, by GEW in WEllington and is only available to a handful of events, by contacting rob@unleahsingideas.org.nz

Type 3. An official regional event

Each region of New Zealand can hold one or two region-wide events together with GEW
